Is the free plan really free?
Yes. It does not expire and it does not ask for a card. You get one location, the full CRM, and 20 emails plus 20 SMS each month. Inviting teammates, importing a CSV, and adding locations need a paid plan.

Before you sign up
What happens when I reach my monthly message allowance?
Sending pauses for the rest of the month rather than billing you for overage. Your usage is shown live in Settings, and upgrading raises the allowance straight away.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Any time, from Settings. Upgrades apply immediately and Stripe prorates the difference. Cancellations run to the end of the period you have already paid for.
Which currency do you bill in?
Canadian dollars, billed monthly through Stripe. We do not offer annual billing yet, so nothing is locked into a term.
Do I need my own phone number for SMS?
No. Outbound SMS is included. You can use Avvicena's shared SMS number or connect your clinic's Twilio line. A Twilio account or dedicated number is not required if you use the shared option. Voice and call intelligence use your clinic's Twilio line; we help you configure that when you are ready to turn those features on.
